Excellent service - Leisure Portfolio Association

As new members we were snowed under with various issues and missed our booking deadline for end-April 2022. We explained our situation to agent (leader) Megan who gave us a kind and welcomed concession, reducing our relevant fees. In addition to that we were still offered the chance to put our unit/allocation week on 'rental' by Nicolas although the initial period for that had basically expired. Even more, while I was still on the phone with Monica to finalise the rental option, it was already done by the time the call was ended, only to find a confirmation email on that virtually immediately. Awesome stuff ! Kudos galore to all concerned. Brian
