Erronious debit orders

I have 2 April units with LPA. On 07/09/15 I recieved the invoices for the yearly association fees for 2016. I duly paid in full.A month later I received I received a statement showing a collection fee ??? on one unit only .On 02/11/15 a fee of +-R365 was deducted off my account ??After many calls it was established to be for 2017 association fees as a monthly installment rather than paying the full amount once off ?? We are not even in 2016 yet... and only on 1 unit ??? One account reflects the 2017 fee as outstanding and every month gets moved to 30 days, 60days etc. Still not resolved. Contract states : annual assocition fee is payable in advance at least 3 months prior to occupation : so that would be : January of occupation year. This month , without warnig or invoice the other unit fees for whole year 2017 get deducted off my account ?????? 7 months early without invoice?? How now ?? In December 2015, upon request , I specifically sent a letter stating that my fees would be paid upon invoice in September.Delete debit order..... The only reply on all queries on Hello Peter are : we investigating.... I have asked for the manager to call me....still waiting after many promises....
