DO NOT TRUST LEISURE PORTFOLIO ASSOCIATION THEY ARE *****S

in 2015 we were contacted by this association and coerced into believing if we do not convert our 75 Quality Vacation points for a specific week and unit we will be breaking the law and will loose everything. The salesman who assisted us told us that they would buy our points R49 939.00 and then we paid a deposit of R4899.66 and after that we would still owe R44 006,91. Furthermore our Association fee would be R5998.49 and will never increase. He then gave us the assurance that we do not have to stay at the unit allocated to us we can utilise that week anywhere. Then the man gave us a package with a USB stick in which contained our signed documents. Needles to say nothing was the truth except we had to pay. I paid the Association fee for the first year and after I banked my holiday I could only get ****py placed to go to, so I did not utilise anything. Then I tried on numerous occasions to get out of this mess. when I went through our documents I realised that the pack contained a document I did not even see since my signature was not attached to it. After further investigation I realised that I only signed the credit application, assessment and debit order form. which made this contract ******* since I am married in community of property. What was shocking they swopped our previous vacation points for 18 leisure points and the leisure points we required for the linked week and unit was also 18. However, we still had to pay for 18 extra points??? that constitutes *****!!!! I mailed the association pointing out this fact and while previously I wanted to just cancel and loose the money I invested I now requested them within my rights to pay back my money since I had no contract with them however, apart from acknowledging my mail I heard nothing from them. I decided and informed them I will not stop informing all and sundry to be beware of their ********** activities. do not Associate with them cancel you contract with them you can!!!! the Consumer Protection Act allows you to do so. They lie and deceive you. you pay like R98 000.00 for a linked week and Unit with yearly association fees and they give it away through DAE for R900.00 a week. Be beware. I will not stop reporting them with all and sundry until they listen and stop with their activities. Do not allow them to do the same with you.
