Dissatisfaction of their service

I am having a problem regarding LPA I have been having this account from 2019 February and the money was deducted via debit order the problem started this year early when am getting statement that I am behind with my payment for 4months which was September ,October ,November and December 2020 I tried sending proof of my bank statement account but they sated that its my problem from their side it doesn't reflect that they got it, I arranged to do another payment then around April that's when I payed 2months upfront, and wrote an email saying that they must not debit as for I have payed then I submitted proof to them I started to have doubts and asked them what are the procedures to cancel since I haven't used their services they mentioned a cancellation fee and after that I spoke to a consultant they mentioned that I have already cancel they need to activate my account which was very confusing for me ,because I was debited they started to sent a new contract and I didn't sign it and the whole September I have been getting calls from crystal park lodge on behalf of LPA . They stopped deducting from my account on June and I was paying R938.76 monthly .14 October am getting emails from credit officers that I need to make am immediate payment of R938.76 PLEASE CONTACT ME AT ***
