Disrespectful and violent behavior

I was called on my business cellphone number from Monateng Safari Lodge Apparently my number was selected to receive a free holiday voucher This was a surprise to me because I donot enter competitions, i am a full time mom running a very demanding business hence i don't have the time The lady with a very unusual accent was very cold an unfriendly and told me" what have you to lose, you will get a full week for you and your family at no cost" you can take you family and enjoy a relaxing break I was not interested but nevertheless I gave her an opportunity to explain Eventually I made an appointmentand was told I need to be with my partner to get the call I thought this strange but told her my partner is away on business as he owns a construction business She said that was fine I continued the conversation but here is were the fun started Apparently my number could not be activated on the system some story of system error, for the love of God I could not understand I was asked if I had another number I told the lady i do but it is my personal number only for family and friends her tone became increasingly colde I was told you are getting a free voucher but you have a attitude I didnot have an attitude I told her I simply cannot give her my personal number due to my personal reason She began swearing at me and called me names Never in my entire life has someone spoken or treated me with such disrespect She dropped the call with me I am speechless and still in shock from such unprofessional violent behavior This is unacceptable behaviour which should be dealt with accordingly
