Courts mean nothing...

I have a high court order from 2016 that it was to be put in my ex wifes name...

this is their answer that was last emailed to me :

We only report to ITC in time the record will adjust but it’s a record of your payment history that’s all I can advise on our side.

The account was only change recently , they do not remove the previous history that shows on your ITC.

Now they send their sms messages to me and not my wife??
