bad service and lies

May 2018 was given a voucher in one of your offices in Port edward as part of i had agreed to become LPA member ,been battling to register the voucher since last November and even had paid that weekend voucher to be the full week today i am told i cannot be assisted yet every month you debit my account and you have my R1250 that i have paid,i no longer want this voucher you can keep it and refund me back what is mine i am done with you guys i cannot be running around you yet when you debit me you don't do run around ,have been patient with you but i cannot take it anymore
