Bad attitude and irresponsible marketing

I am just from Coelum Fortis (Menlyn branch-www.oneyeargift.co.za) to collect the so called free holiday voucher. I had queries whilst going through the terms and conditions. Firstly this guy ***/ *** confused the hell out of me and when I asked him to be still and attend to my questions. He responded by telling me that he is telling me what is what, which got me confused in the first place. He went on to tell me why am I making such a fuss over a free voucher and I just lost interest. They forget that firstly the mere fact that you have to travel to these resorts is a cost, secondly there is a key, breakage and booking fee which is anitger cost. These costs started the discussion after the smuch responses, I just want them to cancel whatever they wanted me to be there for and never call me again. If these guys in the office are so rude then how one wonders how the employees of these leisure portfolio association resorts they are advertising are going to treat us when we decided to take up the offer?
