Atrocious Service from leisure portfolio holidays

<p>i signed up with leisure portfolio early this year, their consultant Vaida even cam to my residence to sign the documents on numerous occasions I called, emailed these people for the vouchers that they promised to date I have received NOTHING from them telling me I can cancel if I want to and I have the number. This is over promising and under delivering being in the service industry my self I know more about customer service than them. Quick to clinch a deal and stuff the rest baring in mind their debit order is always on time and deducted every single month. Next time I will be sure to do my homework before signing up with vulcher's </p>
