A Whole ****!!!

We cannot be taken for a ride with our money!! If you are contacted to say you have won a voucher which ends up having a fee I have to be worried!!

Like many others have complained my complain is no different, after being continuously contacted as soon as they receive what they want (money) the communication changes which is what makes one believe they are a ****.

We are a group of ladies that have been paying for the won voucher, so we can go and distress after such a hectic year, but to our surprise we are busy going around in circles, after payment we were told we cannot be a group of ladies but there needs to be kids on our trip. If not we need to pay additional R500 at the gate before entry to the vacation site.

When asked to elaborate on the matter and such developing details the guy said to us he will get back to is but till to date nothing has been said or done and we are booked to be staying for 7 days, they just keep debiting more money with no response or clarification as to what is going to happen to us!
