Leisure Pools & Spas USA

We hired Leisure Pools & Spas USA to install our pool, we were working directly with Leisure Pools & Spas USA Inc (there was no 3rd party). Once they set the pool in the ground, it was left like that for 5 weeks and the pool shifted. Our pool is not level, there are issues with the backfill and every aspect of our pool. I wrote letters to the owner and the COO of the company, eventually the COO of the company came and examined our pool and verbally stated the issues with the backfill. He advised us they were going to remedy the issues, however that never happened. After we signed our contract, we were assigned a "Project Manager" who left the company and there was no other person who oversaw our project. Every person who I spoke with at Leisure Pools ****, placed blame on everyone else, made up excuses, and the list goes on and on. After the COO examined our pool, I discovered a crack in the step of the pool (due to noted backfill issue) and the COO never bother to address the crack in the pool, which was installed in May of 2019 and the crack was discovered in July of 2019. While the pool selection they have may be nice, I would never recommend this company to anyone and I would be very cautious even when dealing with a 3rd party retailer of their pools. While they offer a great warranty, you can't even get them to address known issues due to an install....so while they offer a warranty, good luck getting any response from anyone who works there. Worst company ever to deal with and we thought dealing directly with them would result in a beautiful pool; but that was not the case. I have tons of documentation, spoke with an attorney and filed multiple complaints. I do not know how these people can sleep at night, knowing they are taking money from people who are expecting a "Life time of Leisure" and provide them with shoddy workmanship and pools that crack and discolor. In addition to knowingly do so, they offer a warranty that they have no intention of standing behind. Chris Bradford, Melissa Clark, Matt Taylor, Eric King, Ashton Wood, Melissa Clark are the personnel from Leisure Pools that I spoke to, emailed, etc; I even sent a letter to David Pain who is the owner, but he never took the time to respond. Worst company I have ever had the experience of dealing with. If you sign a contract with Leisure Pools and Spas USA Inc, Leisure Pools and Spas USA Inc d/b/a Tampa or whatever their d/b/a might be at the time (they are Leisure Poos & Spas USA Inc from Knoxville TN;) good luck! I am writing this review to state true facts about the company and warn others (so you do not have to go through what I went through). I will share the facts, I have all of the emails, text messages, and related correspondence, I tried to work with them, gave them multiple chances to make it right; however they just continued to lie, finger point and not respond. I honestly do not understand how they are still in business!
