WILL NOT RESPOND TO DAMAGED POOL

Purchased a fibre glass pool shell. It was installed by myself correctly. After it had been in for 2 weeks, in the morning the water was half full. It had lost all that water over night. I removed all the paving around the pool and chopped out the concrete ring beam and excavated to inspect the cause of the leak. I found that there were breaks in the fibre glass walls of the pool. I then contacted the agent to come inspect. He was very willing to get to the bottom of this. He contacted Leisure Pools, and after many attempts finally got through. He explained the situation to them and they suggested they will come and re fibre glass the outside of the pool. Which they did, the person in charge was Craig, and his attitude about the whole situation was disgusting. After that, the pool was about to be put back into the whole and we found a number of cracks inside the shell. I called in a third party fibre glass expert was called in to inspect- he found the pool was of very poor quality, and advised not to install. From here we have tried to contact JP duPlessis from Leisure Pools with no luck, he will not return calls or messages. And now I sit with a massive muddy hole in my garden.
