STAY AWAY!

Our pool was purchased and installed by Clearwater pools in Boksburg, which apparently was taken over by Leisure Pools/Penguine pools. Over the last year our pool started leaking water and every time I tried to get someone to come out and assist there was a hundred and one stories. We have now been struggling for the last 4 months to get them to do an inspection and keep being told by Hannes Viljoen that Steven Marinkowits Will contact us..... We are still waiting. This is after we made it clear that our pool is now nearly empty (we were told to turn the pump off and just wait to see how much or to what level the water will drop), if you read the guarantee terms, you will see that it is stipulated that the guarantee falls away if the pool is not filled with water????? It truly saddens me to think that we thought we were dealing with a reputable company, clearly, the service is fantastic, until you pay that 60% deposit, before any work is done and once that final payment is made, you are no longer considered a customer. If you are reading this, I would strongly recommend you to find another company to deal with. We are now stuck with a empty pool and who knows how much it will cost us to repair it. Clearwater Pools, Leisure Pools and Penguine pools? Why on earth you get a different company name every time you try and find a person to talk too? Maybe because this way you don't have to take ownership and carry out YOUR part of the contract. The fact that they can't even be bothered to respond says it all.
