no response to guarantee claim

In 2008 leisure pools produced 1200 defective pools due to faulty materials .Hundreds of owners are struggling to get Leisure pools to honour their guarantee , but they will not comply or even answer any attempt to contact them. I submitted a claim in 2012, and have been trying to get them to repair the pool ever since. I would advise anyone contemplating buying a Leisure pool to appreciate that if something goes wrong they will not fix it.
