Liesure pools.... The most pathetic service i have

We signed a contract with Gary Fourier on the 14th of September. The contract was for a new pool and a spa. It stated that they were both to be installed within 4 weeks. <br> Within the first week i started noticing that Garry was a slacker. But i was patient his foreman Emanuel did the job. They spent at least 70% of their time waiting for materials and tools. They came to the site with shovels and that was it. Not even a wheelbarrow!!<br> I had to make the space for them to install the spar as i thought at the rate Garry was going natural soil erosion would have mad the hole quicker. I did it then as i was responsible for the paving i started paving. Gary told me that the guy would join the pipes and electricity so we could Finnish the paving the next day. That was in September. It is November and the spa is still not connected. <br> As far as the pool goes i had to practically beg him to come and finnish the job as there was a gap of almost 3 weeks where not he nor his team pitched up. His partner Stephan has the role of playing the good cop. But he and Garry i 2 me are ******. I resorted to giving them the tools material and iv paid him R70000 to date. Gary lives only 2 kms Away. PATHETIC!
