Leisure Pools won't honour guarantee to fix defective pool

Leisure Pools installed a pool at my house, Pool has leaked from the onset. I have to fill the pool every two weeks . Advice from another pool contractor (after testing) is to let the pool drain because the damage is structural. Leisure Pools will not honour the guarantee that was issued on official Leisure Pools stationary. The installer of the pool (Steven Markinowitz) says that he does not have any money. The guarantee is not worth the paper it was written on. I am left out of pocket. Leisure Pools tell me that I am free to exercise my legal rights.
