Leisure Online Store

On 8 Aug 2019 I bought a cordless drill from Leisure Online Shop owned by Glen Schutte. The cordless drill set was advertised with two battery packs. After numerous contacts with Glen, I received the package 5 weeks later. The set they sent had one battery pack and the charger had a Europe plug, so I could not charge it. Glen’s promise was to immediately send me a conversion adapter and have the supplier correct the mistake of one battery pack. Another 5 weeks later I still have not received neither the Europe plug converter nor the missing spare battery. I contact Glen and asked him to where I can return the drill set for a refund. He said to send it to Postnet Gezina. Now Glen is apparently waiting for the Supplier to refund me. What is the chance that the China supplier will refund...?

When I was still believing all the excuses Glen gave me, I bought a second item called a ZenPen. It is now 5 weeks after later and still no ZenPen. I confirmed that Leisure Online had stock in SA before purchasing... I am still waiting for it. If Leisure Online have any decency, they will refund me for both items, since I doubt that the ZenPen was even sent off to me.

O and by the way, I was blocked on Glen's phone and is not able to contact him anymore...
