Woolworths services not up to standard

My daughter who lives in Scotland has ordered on line a birthday gift from Woolworths. I ussualy take a photo and send it to her and thank her. Among the gift was Buttermilk Rusks which was broken in pieces in the center of the packet was just crumbs and small pieces, secondly two other items she has ordered are marked out of stock, although Woolworths will be refunding her for Pincushion flowers and Wild Blossom Honey, I personally find it hard to believe it, we all know it is flower season and honey is always available.
