Management of boat

Hello In Jun 2022, I took my boat to Leisure Marine so that they could assist me with selling it. I hardly got back any feedback, I had to call and message numerous times, even that did not work.

Anyways, I trusted them since seeing I have been taking my boat there for fixing/services for the past 5 years. I also wrote my boat license exams there. Early Jan 3023 I decided to fetch the boat. When I arrived I found a brick holding up my engine. When I asked why was the brick holding the engine...no one could answer me. "AIDEN" an employee who received the boat from me admitted that the boat was not brought in with a brick. He confirmed that the boat was moved quite a few times and this could be the reason that the trim was damaged. I was disappointed and requested that it be fixed and Aiden should let me know when to collect the boat. The yard manager was very rude and refused responsibility.

A week later I messaged Aiden to ask if the boat was fixed. The owner, Philip messaged back to say they not fixing anything after investigating.

I went to collect my boat in fear that more could go wrong. The owner, Aiden and the yard manager tried to be friendly. They inserted a pole to temporary hold the engine up so it could be towed. I hooked up the boat and left. So now I need to find another company to fix the trim on my expense.

I have never been treated this way in five years when Trevor (retired now) assisted me.

Very disappointed.
