Leisure Lounge - Clifton Corner Suite

My custom made lounge suite order went smooth until delivery. It had marks on two corners and after 2 attempts to clean, Leisure Lounge got the fabric supplier rep to come out and inspect the marks, only for me to be told these are “shadows” .. these so called “shadows” are visible at any time of the day and night. The corners have ears and the front padding on the leg is uneven. The daybed foam on the side is also not even. One would think that that Leisure Lounge would at least have the courtesy to come and inspect their poor workmanship instead of trying to pass the buck onto the fabric supplier. I am so sorry I purchased from Leisure Lounge! A few experts in this trade have pointed out the poor workmanship and also see the marks.
