No service

When we signed up for Leisure Life, we received a voucher for a mid week break at selected resorts in South Africa.

I have been trying now for months to make a booking using my voucher and I just don't get any feedback. I have also phoned multiple times, only to be promised the sun, moon and stars and still nothing happened.

I pay my membership fee every month and this is what I get in return!
