Money back

I and my wife joined leisure club in December 14. We were told that we can join only if we are married. So we promptly joined and correspondence is via my wife's name. I paid the initial deposit of R8000.00 and signed a debit order of paying the balance in 11 equal instalments. Today 05 June 2015 I called trying to make a reservation and on quoting the membership number, I was abruptly told that hey have no business with me and they can only speak to my wife. Even though I am the account payer they cannot speak to me. So I requested that they stop deducting money from me if I have no business with them. I was told to basically get lost. Can I please have my money back?
