Have I been ****med?

I joined Leisure life in Nov 2014. The deal that was sold to me along with the sales' person's good service convienced me that this was a respectable,reputable and professional company. However in March of 2015 I received a red post card from them along with a letter from credit bureau threatening me with summons and that I'd be listed for monies owing. This is despite the fact that since being a member club leisure debits my account on a monthly basis and successfully collects their premiums as per contract without fail. When I phoned to inquire why I was receiving humiliating red postcards and ITC letters I was sent from pillar to post by their agents,was told I owed annual fees which by the way are only due in Nov 2015 on the anniversary of my contract with them. Eventually I got feedback to say I should ignore the summons,it was sent to me in error as their systems somehow mistakenly said my account was in errears. I was promised an apology in writing,it never came. Now recently in June I went through the very same thing,red post card,credit bureau letter,system error excuse. I've requested to cancel my contract as I don't need to be dealing with such,now I'm ignored!
