False promises & fail to refund pro-rata

In Oct-14, while travelling with my wife in Durban, we was approached by a sales person who requested we scratch a lucky ticket which could potentially win us a prize. After scratching, the person said that we had won a free holiday overseas, but we would have to come to their offices there and listen to a 30-minute lecture about their product.<br> After hearing about club, we were interested in signing up because of the many destinations that they offered at promised discounted prices. We signed up for a 10year contract paying an admin fee, a deposit of R18 500 and an annual fee of R1286.16. <br> After trying to sign up on the internet for the \free holiday"";they have totally refused any pay back.
