Concern

<p>Good day </p> <p> </p> <p>I'm from Cpt and I sat through a presentation at your Ushaka offices in 2015 and I won a discounted holiday C was offered juice coffee and everyone was pleasant so I was abit concerned on the school holidays when we visited Ushaka and was offered a completely free holiday apon questioning the sales guy outside the creatures place he explained they work only on commission and if you sign up they get paid so I was offered a free holiday mid week or weekend if sign up and cancel later so the employee is paid its disturbing to think how desperate they are for sales. Leisure Life is an amazing company and the deals I was offered was reasonable unfortunately I didn't sign up due to the fact that I am with World Ventures but I personally don't think it's fair on clients to sit through a presentation and expect a free holiday gift because they were misled. Many clients below complained about the free holiday being handed out but not honoured I suggest you speak to your staff it's better you offer something you can deliver and came the company name and stands high than drop just to get sales. I was in Ushaka this July and was outraged by the offer. Thank you I hope all is sorted soon </p>
