1 Year now - and mistake still not fixed!!!

I Joined Leisure Life in Desember 2012. <br> Pay R715 a month for 12 months (R8 500 total) and then you join the club and can go on holiday through them for 7 years. For 2013 I only paid of and did not use the club.<br> June 2014 I got my first call telling me I ow then just over R1 200. I queried this as I pay with debit order. <br> I was informed that there was a mistake on their side (they did not request the final payment in 2013) <br> But t a Manager will check and get back to me<br> 1 month later i received another (very rude) call, about when the payment is going to be made.<br> Again the above mentioned - and awaiting a manager.<br> End July 2014 a manager (Lulu N) told me that if I pay the R715 installment that did not go off in December they would discount the interest as it was their mistake. I made the payment and forwarded the proof of payment.<br> Since then I have been trying to reinstall my account that I can make a booking.<br> I have only used Leisure Life once to go on holiday and 2.5 years of my 7 year plan has now expired. <br> <br> I have paid R8 500 for NOTHING BUT A HEADACHE as I cannot use my contract as they will not reinstate it!!<br>
