Unpleasant stay at Leisure Letting ZS - 110 (Zimbali).

Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing at Zimbali Suites ZS-110. The place had an unpleasant smell, and the TV did not work throughout our stay. The couches and carpet were visibly stained, which gave the accommodation a neglected feel.

Upon arrival, the card access system was not functioning, and we were forced to wait outside for approximately 30–40 minutes before the issue was resolved.

At check-out, R150 was deducted from our deposit with the claim that we had stained the towels, which is not true. A similar situation occurred in 2023, when the same agent claimed we had stained the sheets. Because of that previous experience, we were especially cautious during this stay, yet the same issue happened again.

Overall, the condition of the property and the repeated, unjustified deductions from our deposit were very frustrating and unacceptable.
