Bad quality accommodation

We've rented an holiday unit through Leisure Letting but the condition of the unit is disappointing. When we arrived the kitchen floor was slippery with fat or oil. The dstv was not working. As it turned out none of the connecting cables provided are working and the supply cable is not even connected to the wall socket. The doors cannot be locked as most of the mechanisms are either jammed or missing. We cannot use the gas braai provided. Firstly the gas bottle was closed so tightly that it had to be opened with a ****** wrench. Then we found that the hose clamps was rusted through and that the gas was leaking and then, eventually, the braai does not work. Even though we have reported the above, we have had no response.
