Leisure Kruger Lodger accomodation specials are a ****

We had a bad experience with Leisure Kruger Lodge. I paid for accommodation special as advertised on Hyperli 2 months in andvance and on the day of our vacation 22nd April Dineo from LKL calls to inform us that we should cancel our trip as there is a mess at the Lodge. She spoke about incomplete rooms, no electricity etc. We argued to such a point that I felt no need to as the situation was not going to get better. Mind you we had hired the car, purchased food and other essentials for the trip. She advised that she will refund us, to date I am still waiting for the our money and she is not answering her phone the other one is on voicemail. Leisure Kruger Lodge specials advertised are just a ****. We want our refund.
