Sleepy s****s holiday accommodation

Sleepy S****s advertised on Trelawney Holiday Accommodation is situated in a beautiful area however the house itself was not up to standard. Firstly the adverti*****t states that there are 6 rooms which accommodates for 14 people but on arrival with 13 people we was told but the agent Ann Mathias that one of the double beds have been broken. She was very rude and used vulgar language even though there were children present. She first insisted two people need to go home then without a trace left. She did not do any inventory with us nor let us know about the bad condition the house is in. The fridges do not work properly nor does the freezer work. The fridge in the kitchen always leeks and we had to constantly wipe up. There is no hot water rather luke warm water. The kettle was faulty besides been so dirty, so was the outside sink. On departure Ann did not come to take an inventory but refuses to give back our deposit cos a rail that was broken on our arrival. If anyone comes across this place dont take it
