Leios Laser studio

Be aware of the business called Leios Laser Studio Laser.

Very misleading and false information was given and after treatment was given and advance payments were made ,I received information that it was incorrectly communicated to me about the number of sessions I was paying for. Thereafter a refund was denied even though miscommunication took place on the business side of it and was entirely the entities fault.

Furthermore threats of starting litigation was made if I posted about my experience. I have attached all communications with this business.

Very very poor customer service and accountability.

Business owners need to realise when a employee makes a mistake it's the business mistake. Someone needs to be held accountable for errors. Apologising does not compensate for monies lost. Stop playing the name blame and take accountability.

I have tried communicating and resolving this issue of social media and no steps were taken to compensate me for the huge loss besides giving me discounts on my next treatment which needs to be paid for now that they messed up the rates. Paying 6 times the price was not in my budget.
