UNFAIR TREATMENT

<div>On the 14th of December 2024, I made a booking for accommodation for 20/12 to 22/12 at Leighton Court in NEWCASTLE and they sent me their CANCELLATION POLICY. Due to family challenges, I had to cancel on the 20th of December 2024 at 06h00. After I have sent them email together with my bank details, the lady by the name Venilla Chetty (email address ***) responded by saying I cannot be refunded anything because they cannot sell the room which is contradicting their CANCELLATION POLICY which reads as follows: CANCELLATION POLICY! The guest can cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel in the 14 days before arrival. If the guest doesn’t show up or cancels, they will be charged the total price of the reservation. Its a daylight ******* because I canceled within 14 days of arrival and they should have refunded me 50% as it is stated in their cancelation policy.</div>
