Great customer service, product and price

Hello Leigh,<br> <br> I trust that you're well. I was at you're store about 2 weeks ago and you were assisting my wife with the Big Nine 500 that you had on special. I wanted the bike for my wife but we didn't take the Big Nine 500 as my wife didn't want to spend R 13 000 on her second bike, so we ended up getting the Big Nine 300 which you had on special at your Umhlanga store.<br> <br> I just want to say a big thank again for the great service your stores deliver. Mfana assisted us again and he certainly knows how treat customers well. He made sure the bike was prepped and ready for me to collect yesterday even though I gave him short notice. Even when I spoke to Jason trying to determine the size of the frame , he remembered us and knew exactly what frame size would suite my wife. <br> <br> We've purchased 3 bikes in 2 years from your stores and will certainly come back to purchase again as you and your staff certainly know what good customer service is.<br> <br> Thanks again.<br> <br>
