Very unhappy customer

I made an online purchase for 2 dresses. After 3 weeks seeing that I don't receive my order I started making follow ups, sending messages on WhatsApp, email but to no response. The other day I received a call and this lady introduced herself to be LEIGH. She said "I am intentionally not responding to you because one of the dresses you ordered we can't find". I was hoping to receive it since other branches closed down at the end of JAN" She apologized for the inconvenience she has caused me and offered to give me any dress, at any price as a gesture of showing remorse and since I had an occasion to attend and I wasn't going to receive them before that occasion. I accepted the offer and chose one of the dresses she opted I may choose from. Dresses were not sent until I made another follow up which she still ignored me but finally responded by saying "the box that had your dresses got lost at the airport and they were the last we had". I pleaded with her that she sewed me the same. She agreed with reservations of the material. Surprisingly the very same dresses, same sizes that I ordered, were advertised on daily basis on her social media pages. She later sent me this maxi dress she opted I take, but I couldn't because of my height. After seeing that the dresses I opted for, are still there and being advertised I chose 3 from them and didn't she didn't respond. Instead, she decided to send me the message that says "we managed to sew you the other dress, the material for the other dress is finished, even the supplier doesn't have stock" She went AWOL again. I had to follow her up with no response until she got ****ed and sent message that the other dress was sent and for the other dress I will be refunded. This time I wasn't asked as to whether I needed a refund or not. She however apologized and said it was a misunderstanding. The first dress arrived it was all I expected and I was happy. After few days the second was received. I was astonished when I took out of the bag. It is all baggy, both the underarms sleeves aren't neatly sewed. You could tell that it was altered to fit me. I sent her pictures of the same and she said, "clearly you aren't happy" "This friendship is not meant to be". Send it back you will be refunded. She pretended as if she was giving it from free yet I paid for it. How I wish I could post the pics of the dress and see how awful the dress looks. I however have posted the picture of the dress (POPSICLE TANGERINE) on her Facebook page. In me she has lost a client. #TheSouthAfricanFashionIcon!!
