This company are ****mers, do not order from them!

This company are ****mers, do not buy from them! I ordered 4 items in August - first I had to make special arrangements to receive my items as I was told that there is a 3 week waiting time on orders. This is not made clear on the site, it's buried in the FAQ section. When I finally received the order, a dress was missing and I had to return 1 dress because the fabric was poor quality, thin and see through and not worth the R1895 price tag. I was told that I would receive the missing item within a week. I haven't received the missing item, nor have I received my refund, despite the website saying that the refund has been allocated. When I've reached out via email and Whatsapp, there is no immediate response. Other than a message received a week ago saying that she has been in court and would do the refund. Still waiting! Shocking and *****ulent.
