Terrible Service

I purchased an item on the 31st of January, and after a week I received a call from them advising that there was no stock. I was informed that the waiting time will be 3 weeks. I really liked the item. So I told them I would wait. Long story short, I waited more than 3 weeks, with absolutely no proactive feedback from them, I would only get feedback when I ask for it and make my own follow ups. I eventually received the item and it was too small, so I sent it back and requested a refund. Now I’m constantly having to literally beg them for my money back. There’s no indication of when I will get my money back they’re just vague and as usual I only received feedback when I follow up. I feel like their return policy is appalling and I doubt I would ever buy from them again
