A Horrible Service with Rude Responses

I placed an order for three sale items on 18 September 2025. A full week later, on 25 September 2025, I was informed that the advertised two-piece was in fact not available. This amounts to false advertising. I was then offered a black replacement, which I declined as I do not wear black, and I requested a refund.

Since then, your company has gone completely silent. I followed up again on 2 October 2025, clearly stating that I am highly dissatisfied with the poor service and lack of customer care. To date, I have still not received any resolution.

This is unacceptable and unprofessional. I advice people not purchase from Leigh Schubert again, and I expect my refund to be processed without any further delay.

Buy from Shein rather. It’s clearly your price range and they have a million robots replacing South African jobs.
