Dishonest and *****

Kimbe Electric (Pty) Ltd (LEGRAND) is a very ***** company, stay away from dealing with this company!!! I purchased Legrand trunkings and other accessories from them, they initially quoted for everything that I requested for and I paid based on the pro-forma invoice, after payment I was advised some items are not in stock and would take 4 weeks plus if they were to order them for me, and they also dispatched some wrong items, unfortunately I needed these urgently and so I requested for a refund THIS IS WHERE IT ALL WENT LEFT, this company has a long story to try and hold on to clients money, not only did they deliver short and wrong things, they are holding on to my refund for things they did not have in stock, its over 4 weeks now all I hear is refund is processed and its in progress with the management, They are *******ly delaying the refund, and unfortunately I do not need anything from them (and even if I wanted I don't think I would want to work with these guys, they are dishonest) STAY AWAY FROM THEM OR DEAL WITH THEM AT YOUR OWN RISK
