Worst customer assistance ever
Good day hellopeter My name is Nathaniel Hlongwane, I'm writing this review because I'm not happy, and I seek help. I hv a loan with capfin, so what happened is I needed this company called LEGRACIA depht solution if they can help with clearing my loan problems. For 9 months the company was de biting R700 on my account but nothing happened till I decided to terminate the contract, and ask for refunds. When I call the are telling me that they refuse to refund me, where else they did not help me with the service they promised. The is this guy called Tshepiso he says he is the financial manager in Pretoria, he refused to assist me with my refund case. He responds with attitude saying what ever I do no one will make him to refund. Please help I don't know what to do
The only thing I need from LEGRACIA debth solution is my money back (REFUND).
From January the was a R700 debit to them,now it's bee 9 months since. And they did not help me with the problem I had.
And now I can't reach them on their phone.
