Full payment yet no service

I went to the branch in Pretoria central requesting assistance regarding my debt review...so i was taken by Tshephi through their procedure,Where he mentioned that i have to pay a certain amount whch I did ..I remember they deducted an amount of 1500.00 in my account for 4 months ..because i even went for my refund of 500.00 Stating that i paid more..I was so sure that after the payments were completed Thats where I wil start experiencing a better service..bt then still nothing!!

The refund was authorised by the guy called bra Pat,and He also took me through my file everytym I went for updates bcos there was no communication unless I contact them.

So i called again last year 2019august ,and Tshephi promised that they are helping customers alphabetically,meaning i hv to wait until my turn..Okay.no problem!!

So my problem actually escalated last month after receiving a call frm their office , telling me tht i am owing and hv to bring proof of paymnt(statements)for them to proceed with my file for debt review.. Of which its been a year back and m no longer using the same bank account ...meaning its my loss nje..
