Missing pieces on new sets

I bought 2 Lego Speed Champion Formula 1 models 1 week apart, both models short a piece. The one model a Ferrari I short 1 x *** piece and on the Mercedes model I short 1 x *** piece, I know its not alloy but still both sets a week apart from different stores, how can this be I expect alot better from Lego, Lego please resolve this
