There are many reasons why Lego is one of the top toy brands. It includes their excellent customer service and guarantee on quality. My kids recently received a set each from their Grandma and one of the pieces broke on the first day. I logged this on their website following their guidelines and in under a week we received a replacement part via courier. This is some of the best service I have received from any company in a long time. Keep it up Lego! This was amazing!
