Legit store durban workshop

Very bad

Today 26 September 2026 around 11h00 i went to legit workshop durban store with an intention to buy one jean but ended up leave the store without buying. So what happened was i went to the fitting room to fit jeans i had 2 .. My experience there is always someone assisting at the fitting room. There was a lady that eork at legit on that section where fitting room is up stairs and there was also a lady who was standing next to fitting as she was waiting to be assisted but the lady at that section was not assisting , she was minding her own things . I took the number on the wall coz i wanted to enter the fitting room but i decided to ask the lady that works at the store I agreeted the lady she kept quiet , i asked if i can use the fitting room as there is no one there , she kept quiet . I greet her again she just eent to the fitting room and open the doors forcefully and lady who was at the front was also suprised that rooms arr empty as there was no one helping us but normally there is always someone helping at the fitting rooms. The staff member was so unprofessional and very disrespectful.. okay i fitted the jeans when i went out when i was hanging the number on the wall as again there was no one , i dropped the numbers by mistake as there were hanged any how i just hanged mine and left and Legit staff member same lady she called called me in a very unprofessionally way and she started shouting at me , said sorry.. She asked who is going to pick the numbers i said sorry and she said i must go back and pick them , i went back and i licked them and she said they are not properly hanged , i just left her and even left the jean i was going to buy because of the unprofessional behaviour i experienced , i know the R320 .00 i was going to spend meant nothing to the store but the lady was so unprofessional , 0 % customer service and no understanding of TCF...lady hand relaxed hair tied up small pony light in completion.. I will never support Legit workshop durban
