Very bad service

The experience with Lift Legal has been extremely frustrating and the worst I have ever come across. The poor service, the lack of communication and overall not trustworthy as they always change their story when I requested an update. 5 months down the line they have never initiated an update as I always have to call and request an update. As soon as they received my money they no longer cared about providing the service I paid for. I have written numerous emails to their customer care but there has been no response. They do not care about their clients and have not provided the service I paid for.
