I would not recommend Lift Legal!!!

They were very quick to take my money, but painfully slow when it came to delivering on what they promised. In December 2025, I was assured that all four of my accounts would be prescribed and cleared by February/March 2026. It's now months later, and they've only managed to prescribe one account.

Communication has been extremely poor. I constantly have to chase them for updates, and when they do respond, it's usually with generic, automated messages that don't answer my questions. Their customer service lacks urgency and accountability.

To make matters worse, I received feedback from them when calling repeatedly, claiming my credit score had increased to 720, when it hadn't changed at all. It makes me question the accuracy of the information they send to clients.

Overall, my experience has been disappointing. The promises made during the sales process have not matched the actual service delivered. I regret using Lift Legal and would definitely not recommend them.
