Wrong trading hours

I went to sunnypark mall to buy black pants at legit clothing. I arrived there at 17h45 ,one of the citizens opened the door for the customer to get out& refused when I asked to go in. Iam extremely disappointed that your staff doesn't care about kpis,targets ect. I ended up going to Mr price that was not even an option because Legit clothing fits me better.

Kindly advise what do you write trading hours as 9_6pm when you are closing 15min before.
