Wrong price tag and rude employees.

On the 16th March 2022 I went to one of your stores at Sam Ntuli Mall, Katlehong to buy myself shoes. The price on the sandal's tag was R139.99 and as they were scanning the sandals at the till it showed that the sandals were R159.99. I asked the lady that was helping me why the shoes price ain't the same with what is written on the tag? Mind you, all of these sandals were written R139.99... The lady called her manager and told him about this issue. The manager instead of apologizing for the inconvenience, he told me that I can't take those shoes for the price THAT'S ON THE Tag, I asked him why because as a costumer it's my right to take the product for the price that's written on the tag. I also asked him what solution does he have for me because it's getting late and I need to leave. He told me that I should wait for 20-30 minutes and already I was at the store for about 15 minutes trying to resolve this issue. The manager was so rude to me that he took back those shoes and told me I can't buy them and I really loved the shoes. I'm so disappointed at your, if this is how they treat customers, then I don't think I'll ever set foot in your stores.
