Worst Pathetic Service

My niece made a lay bye in November, the lay bye expired due to us loosing both our parents in Jan and Feb .

When she went to the store telling them shes lost the receipt she was told sshe cannot get her R300 back regardless having given them her id number which can give details of the lay bye.

The person who refused to assist her was a dark skinned manager with dreadlocks.

I've also had my fair of bad service in that store, you always find them making noise and screaming and they go as far as gossiping about customers.

This kind of service is unacceptable, I want my nieces refund
