Worst customer service to date at Bayside Legit

<p>Petronella from Legit store in Bayside mall is the most abrupt, unhelpful and *********** person I have yet to deal with. Spent a lovely morning browsing clothing at what used to be my fave store but that abruptly ended thanks to her. I requested the items I bought to be paid on my budget facility. She advised that the amount didn't go through and said that never does the machine ever ask whether you want items purchased, paid on budget. I tried explaining to her that it has to as it's a credit card. She argued and eventually showed me her pc screen and I had to explain to her that where it says 6/12/24 or 36 months IS the budget facility. She then put items through without asking me what duration I wanted, when I asked her she ignored me and refused to answer. 3rd time I asked she then said it was placed on straight. Explained to her again that that's impossible. She continued arguing and eventually I asked that her manager Colleen be called. Colleen examined the slip and said it was placed over 6 months. How this woman can't understand how to put through a purchase and still have such a disgusting attitude when someone tries to explain to her how it works is beyond me. I then told them to reverse my purchase as why should I spend money at a store where the staff make shopping so unpleasant. Petronella should def not be dealing with clients whatsoever! I was embarrassed and had my whole morning ruined because of her attitude and incompetence! I expect either her to get some kind of harsh reprimand or compensation to me for all this!</p>
