WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My girlfriend bought a jean at legit store in Bloem plaza mall,Bloemfotein where we both got excellent service,unfortunately it didnt fit her well,so i went to a different store which is the legit inside middestad mall to do an exchange because i loved some jean there which i couldnt find at other stores but when i got there,starf where so unwilling to help me and told me i coudnt do an exchange or get a refund saying its an instruction from head office but when i called customer service they told me that i could do an exchange as many times in 6months,and when i went back to a different store i got help and was able to exchange,so i had to take something i didnt like because some rude coloured manager doesnt feel like doing exchange for me,,she ever had the guts to argue with me infront of other customers and told me to do whatever i want shel still have a job,,i am really disappointed by legit as a loyal customer,i am going to tell everyone i meet about my experience at legit and even taking this to my face book and twitter.
